We have a number of properties offering high quality accommodation for students in the uphill area of the city on Burton Road, close to shops, amenities and just a short walk from Bishop Grosseteste University College.

We’ve been letting properties to students in Lincoln for more than fourteen years and have a depth of experience and knowledge.

Our aim is to make life as simple and as easy as possible for our students which is why our spacious properties are well maintained and the rent includes all the bills together with the television licence.

All our houses meet the requisite safety standards having mains powered fire alarms, fire extinguishers and easy exit doors.

We are members of the Lincoln City Student Accommodation Accreditation Scheme and an approved Bishop Grosseteste University College Landlord as well as being members of the National Landlords Association.
